Shipping cost is actual cost based on the size of the frame. It ships priority however can not fit in a flat rate box. I ship all packages via USPS Priority or UPS with tracking. Shipping prices are actual cost to ship. Any overages over $1 will be refunded. In stock non custom packages will be shipped within 7 days. Custom packages will be shipped within 14 days. Please understand, I have no control over shipping delays once it is dropped and scanned at the post office and in their hands.
